Board of Directors

Connect Health + Wellness is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors composed of community leaders and patient representatives who share a commitment to improving healthcare access and health outcomes throughout our region.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), our Board includes patients who receive services from Connect Health + Wellness, ensuring that the voices and needs of those we serve are reflected in organizational decision-making.

The Board of Directors meets regularly to provide oversight, establish organizational policies, support strategic planning efforts, and help guide the long-term growth and success of Connect Health + Wellness.

Through their leadership and service, Board members help ensure that Connect Health + Wellness remains focused on its mission to increase access to quality healthcare, reduce health risks, and improve the overall health of our communities.
